Can senior students apply for halls if they have received a disciplinary?
Yes, there is a possibility that the Accommodation Team may decline your application for accommodation in your 2nd and 3rd year of study if you have already been issued a sanction.
A sanction could be a Caution, a Formal Written Warning, a disciplinary fine, a requirement to submit a written apology, compulsory attendance at an appropriate workshop or course, a requirement to undertake a number of hours of service for the benefit of the University, relocation or a requirement to leave halls of residence altogether.
