Can I request to transfer rooms?
You can submit a transfer request via the Accommodation Portal, you need to go to Requests and then choose Transfer Request. You can then fill in an application to request the transfer, please make sure to include as much information as possible so we can look into your request,
We may not be able to complete all requests received, but should we be able to offer you alternative accommodation we will be in touch by email and by phone. Transfers will be liable for a £25.00 administration fee.
