I no longer want to live on campus
When you sign your E-License (contract) for your room, you are entering into a binding agreement, our standard contract length is 40 weeks.
If you want to cancel your contract firstly, you need to log on to the accommodation portal, click on "requests" and submit an Application to Leave, this is just your request, it is not acceptance & agreement that you can be released from your contract.
The accommodation team will review and get back in touch with you.
However, in most cases, you will need to find another student, who does not currently live on campus to take over your room and we can then transfer that contract to them and release you.
Please note, you must find a student who is allowed to live in your cluster, so if you are a 1st year it needs to be a 1st year etc.
