Can I swap rooms with someone else
In order to do this we must receive 2 separate written requests (emails to the accommodation team) from each requesting the swap, confirming the room you are in & the room you want to swap into.
We will then review and get back to both parties with the outcome.
Room transfers are completed without the help of the University (i.e we can't help you move your stuff) and the rooms will not be cleaned by our housekeeping team, they are basically "as seen"
Room rates will reflect the new room that you move into & you will both need to re-sign a new E-License via the accommodation portal.
