How do I request a room transfer?
To request a room transfer, you must log on to the accommodation portal, click on "requests" and then click on "room transfer" - please note, there is a £25 charge if your room transfer requested is able to be completed.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that your room transfer request will be possible to complete.
