How to use Printers

Students and staff can print, scan and copy on MFD’s (multi functional devices) across campus.

Printing from a University PC

As long as you choose the correct print queue you can collect your printing from any of these devices on campus. You will need to sign in with your network login details or save time by tapping your Unicard on the relevant area of the machine.

When logged into a PC on campus, choose the printer that describes the format of printing you want.

The options available to you are:

  • A4 MONO SINGLE SIDED /A3 MONO SINGLE SIDED
  • A4 MONO DOUBLE SIDED /A3 MONO DOUBLE SIDED
  • A4 COLOUR SINGLE SIDED /A3 COLOUR SINGLE SIDED
  • A4 COLOUR DOUBLE SIDED /A3 COLOUR DOUBLE SIDED

Once submitted, you can sign in to any MFD on campus to collect your work.
