Turnitin won't let me submit. What should I do?
Please ensure you are using Google Chrome to avoid technical errors.
Mozilla Firefox is also useful as a backup, but avoid using Internet Explorer, Safari or MS Edge.
If the 'Submission Dropbox' is greyed out or not accessible, it may be that there has been a timing issue in the set-up of the assessment in Turnitin. For example, the due date sometimes defaults to 12am rather than 12pm.
Contact your module tutor to check if this is the case and they'll be able to alter it.
