Why can not I hear the recorded message in the Audio Setup Wizard within Blackboard Collaborate?

  • Have you selected the correct audio device(s) connected to your computer?
  • Have you checked your headset/speakers are connected and switched on?
  • Is the volume level set correctly on you PC?
  • Check (where appropriate) devices that require batteries are working.  Old batteries may need replacing.

In the Blackboard Collaborate session, go to the Audio Setup Wizard to test your microphone and speakers are configured correctly.
