Turnitin won't process my word (.docx) file when submitting my assignment and reports a processing error.
If you receive a process error from Turnitin when submitting a Microsoft Word file in the .docx format, you will need to perform the following to resolve this issue. Open the document in MS Word. Click 'Save As'. In the 'Save As' type dropdown list, select Word 97-2003 Document (*.doc)
