When I log into Learning Edge (Blackboard) the My Courses box states "Please wait while module information is loaded..."

Try clearing your cache. Most web browsers on desktop and laptops allow you to use the shortcut keys Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Command + Shift + Delete (Mac), to open the clear cache dialog box.

When you have done this, restart your browser and try entering Learning Edge again.
