Do I need to use 'Messages' in my blackboard Ultra course?
In Ultra, a course has a ‘Messages’ tab in the top menu of options but using it will depend entirely on whether your tutor wishes to use this function. For example, they may instead use standard emails to communicate with you.
Please note that only tutors can send a course Message.
