I have a Teams appointment but I have not been sent a link
You can take a Teams call for a Money Advice appointment ( or any other student service) without the need to receive a Teams link. The Team will call you on the University Teams app. However, you must ensure you are logged into your student account and have Teams installed and running on your device.
Phone or Microsoft Teams calls are available by booking directly online on the Money Advice website.
