Issues accessing Clinical Key
We have found that Clinical Key is particularly sensitive to stored authentication cookies and out of date browsers. Once stuck in the error message it can be difficult to reset the browser.
Please follow these steps to see if this resolves your issue:
1) Ensure the internet browser you are using is up to date
2) Clear cache and cookies from the browser. You can do this on most browsers by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete to bring up the clear browsing data window.
3) Once you have done both of the above, close your browser and re-open it.
4) Retry accessing Clinical Key
