I have lost my USB Pen Drive
If a USB Pen Drive is found in Catalyst, we will attempt to identify the owner and notify them by email. All identified USBs are kept at the help desk on the ground floor of Catalyst for a maximum period of 3 months.
If you have lost your USB Pen Drive, and we have not contacted you by email to say we have found it, please get in touch as soon as possible. You can do this by calling 01695 650800 or by coming in to see us at the Catalyst help desk.
If you think you may have lost your USB Pen Drive elsewhere on campus, we suggest you also contact the Campus Support Team to check if it has been handed in. You can contact them on 01695 584227 or visit the Security Lodge by the main entrance.
