I am receiving a 400 status code error when trying to access eBooks from Clinical Key

This is an authentication issue caused by out-of-date authentication cookies or browsers.  

Please follow these steps to see if this resolves your issue.

  1. Ensure the internet browser that you are using is up to date 
  2. Delete cookies. You can do this on most browsers by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Delete to bring up the clear browsing data window. 
  3. Once you have done both of the above, close your browser and re-open it. 
  4. Retry accessing Clinical Key
