Your student account will typically be terminated within 120 days of withdrawal and/or your course end date. This means you will no longer have access to the following:

• Your University email address via Office 365 or Google.
• Access to the University Network and your Personal Network Storage space (Z:Drive).
• Your OneDrive or Google Drive file storage.
• Your Library and Learning Edge account.

Please ensure that you make a copy of any important emails and inform all your contacts of an alternative method to contact you at after this grace period.

N.B. Your Library account will close prior to your graduation to ensure all materials are back with the university.
