Are counselling services confidential?
Our confidentiality policy is available on our webpages at EHU - Counselling .The fact that you are coming for counselling is not entered on your academic or medical records by the service. We find though that liaison with internal and external services can often be important to fully support you. We therefore ask you for some background information when you make contact with us and then agree with you the situations where it may be helpful for us to liaise with others.
