I am trying to submit my work, which is a scanned image, why will it not go through Turnitin?
If you need to submit only a picture or a scanned image as a PDF file through Turnitin, then you will need to add at least 20 words in text to the document and then submit.
Turnitin only recognises text in order to create an originality report which is the reason why text needs to be added
