Previous students may call asking for a course confirmation letter confirming their placement details and specific information relating to their course – these enquiries are no longer dealt with by Academic Registry and should be directed to the relevant reference team in the Faculty of Education:  Advise the enquirer to email their request, which includes their personal details and an outline of the specific information required to:

NB: Standard course confirmation letter requests should still be directed to the Enrolment team in Academic Registry.
