Is there anyone who I can talk to?

We have a few different options for having someone to speak with.

Edge Hill University provides a Chaplaincy service. The Chaplaincy is here to support Edge Hill University students and staff of all faiths and none, and they offer a confidential and non-judge mental service. The chaplaincy is not a ‘faith service’ but we do of course support students of faith but we are primarily a pastoral support service. Visit Student Services - Faith and Community If you would like to read about any of our Chaplains, visit Faith and Community - Meet the Team

We understand that not everyone finds it easy to seek support. We have a great range of self-help resources on hand that provide you with information, ideas and support to help to manage your wellbeing. Visit Wellbeing - Self-help Resources for further information on how we can support you.

Sometimes we need someone to talk to, but maybe you would like to know about support available outside of the University? Maybe you are feeling lonely, very low,  maybe feel that life is getting tough and you feel anxious?  Here are some useful contact details of services available
