How do I set-up my Edge Hill email to come through on my phone/tablet?

In order to set up for your University emails to come through to your phone or tablet, you will need to download the Microsoft Outlook app from the Google Play store (Android) or from the App Store (Apple).

You will need to have previously set up the Microsoft Authenticator app  before beginning this process. This will allow you to access your Edge Hill account when off campus securely.

Once downloaded, you will be prompted to add your email account using your full student login (000000@edgehill.ac.uk) and your password. 

The app may prompt you to log in to Edge Hill's own Outlook server once more and, following you logging in, will add your inbox to your mobile device.
