What support is available for customers with limited mobility to retrieve books from the library shelves?

If you have limited mobility and are struggling to retrieve stock from our shelves please inform a member of staff and we will be happy to assist. Catalyst Helpdesk staff can be found at the helpdesk on the ground floor, or providing roving support across multiple floors in the Catalyst Building. 

Alternatively, if you know in advance what items you need then please email us with the details and we will retrieve them for you. When the items are ready for collection, we will notify you by email.
