What support is available for customers with limited mobility to retrieve books from the library shelves?
If you have limited mobility and are struggling to retrieve stock from our shelves, please inform a member of our Helpdesk team, located on the ground floor. They will arrange for a team member to give floor support, with in Catalyst.
Alternatively, you are able to place a reservation online. When the items are ready for collection, we will notify you by email. Please take a look on our "Book loans" webpage which will explain loan lengths and allowances. Book loans
