Accident Reporting
Staff and students should report all accidents or near misses online by logging into their MyFM Account.
This should be done as soon as possible after the incident. Staff and Students should also inform their Line Manager, Lecturer, or a member of Edge Hill Sport (if Sports center related) so that the necessary action can be taken to make the area safe for all users and to also ensure that the incident is investigated.
