I haven't received my QTS Certificate

  1. To see what printers are connected to the PC, select 'print' on the current file and on the print menu select the drop down printer list. If the MFD's are not listed but instead there is only an 'Adobe' or 'Microsoft' option, this means the MFD's have not loaded up on the PC.
  2. Leave the file up and search for 'printers' using the start menu on the bottom left of the taskbar (the Windows icon).
  3. 'Printers & Scanners: system settings' should appear. Clicking on this will bring up the list of available printers attached to the PC. The MFD's should appear fairly quickly. 
  4. Once they display on the screen, go back to the file and print again. The desired printers should now appear.
