How do I add my details to the online university Staff Directory?

FM manage the list of internal telephone numbers (the Staff Directory) and operate the University’s Switchboard services.

To be added into the Staff Directory, please send the following details to staffdirectory@edgehill.ac.uk so that records can be updated. This helps us direct telephone calls and enquiries appropriately.

Please include the below in your email;

  • Your Tel Ext Number:
  • Your Department (include any sub departmental details):
  • Your Office Location:
  • Your Email Address:
  • Your Job Title:

The Staff Directory is available from your intranet, and/or help is available by dialling ‘0’.

Please remember to let us know if any of these details change so we keep our records are up-to date.
