Can I change the background or screen colour when reading eBooks and eJournals online?
Yes, you can do this using University computers with Read&Write 11 software, which is installed on all campus machines. Follow these steps:

Click on the Windows Start icon in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen

Select ‘Tools for Learning’

Open Read&Write and click on the icon showing two masks (Screen Masking option)

Click the arrow to the right to watch a short video explaining how to use this feature

Within the Screen Masking options, you can adjust the colour and tint to suit your preferences
