Why am I getting an error message when trying to access an eBooks? [Alumni only]
Alumni students have access to a selection of eResources off-site, a list of these resources can be found on our Alumni webpage.
If you are getting an error message it is likely to be because you are trying to gain access to something outside your membership entitlement.
If you are doing this the error message is usually similar to File Missing: docs/logup.htm
The best way to access resources as an Alumni is to click on the resource links from the Alumni Webpage.
This will ensure you are accessing resources included in your membership.
