I can't log in to the Careers portal.

If you are a current student and can’t log in to the Careers portal, please check if you can log into your emails and Learning Edge.  

  • If you are unable to log into these also, you will need to reset your password. To do this, please get in contact with Catalyst Enquiries via catalystenquiries@edgehill.ac.uk. 

  • If you can access your emails, please contact the careers team on careers@edgehill.ac.uk. 

When you graduate, your Careers portal account should automatically upgrade to a ‘graduate account’. You will need to log in via the ‘Graduate sign in and registration’ and log in with your existing student email address and password. 

Once you have successfully logged in, please check if the email address associated with your account is still your EHU one. If it is, please update this to your personal email address and create a new password. 

If you try this and it doesn’t work, it means that your account hasn’t automatically upgraded to a ‘graduate account’. In which case, please register for a graduate account using the same ‘Graduate sign in and registration’ option on the Careers portal.
