A journal website does not recognise my username
This issue often occurs when you access a journal directly through the supplier's website instead of via Discover More.
To access the journal directly through the supplier, use the Institutional Access or Shibboleth Access option, typically found under the login box. Select Edge Hill University as the institution, and if prompted for a Federation, choose UK Higher Education.
If you still can’t access the journal, it’s likely that we do not subscribe to it. In this case, you can submit a You Want It, We Get It request through our website.
