How do I set/reset my University password?
If you are a new student, you must create a unique password for your University IT account. Information on this page guides you through setting up your University password for the first time.
The University has also enabled multi-factor authentication (MFA) to protect your account further so you will likely be prompted for further security information after entering your login details, please follow the steps on screen.
If you are a current student and have forgotten your password please go to our Self Service Password portal. Here you will find information on password requirements and other related guidance.
If you change your alternative email or phone don't forget to update your details at My Security Information.
