What kind of support is available if I’ve been affected by harassment or sexual misconduct?

Edge Hill University offers a wide range of emotional and practical support for students affected by harassment or sexual misconduct. This includes access to counselling, mental health services, and safe spaces to talk. You can also receive help with academic adjustments, accommodation issues, and referrals to external specialist services such as sexual assault referral centres.

Support is tailored to your individual needs and is available whether the incident happened recently or in the past. You’re in control of what support you access and when. You can also seek independent advice from the Students’ Union Advice Team, who offer free, confidential guidance separate from the University.

If you need any further assistance please contact us through AskUs, at the Catalyst Helpdesk, or by calling 01695 650800.
