Why does it say my printing is disabled and what should I do?
If you can’t print and get a message saying your printing has been disabled, don’t worry — we can sort it. Just email the Catalyst Helpdesk at catalystenquiries@edgehill.ac.uk, give us a call on 01695 650800 (Ext 7800, Option 3), or pop over to the Helpdesk and we’ll help you get it fixed.
